So as not to oversell and under deliver, we'll call this column an Occasional Feature.
Squeak's brother is an eleven-year-old Rottweiler named Simon. Though he's still full of vim and vigor when it comes to our walks, he has begun to show his age a little. In addition to an orthopedic dog bed for him, our vet recommended an elevated feeder to help prevent bloat (don't ask about the number of vet visits for that) and to aid in digestion. Bar none, the best and most elegant feeder we could find was designed and manufactured by Trendy Pet.
Trendy Pet has multiple pre-made models of varying heights, sizes, and styles, which are available in crisp clean white, or sleek black. Where Simon, Avery, and I think it's at though, is the custom build option. And, no, I'm not excluding Squeak–like me, he was an afterthought, and so, has his very own elevated feeder that's, well, Squeak-sized. Simon and Avery have a custom three tiered model, with food bowls at the ends and water at a mutually agreeable height in the middle.
Their customer service is great and they're more than happy to help with height and style recommendations. Tell 'em Squeak sent ya.
